EmploymentInHealthCare.Net came about as a response to a sole-practitioner's lament that it was easier to keep working than to find a locum to fill in for him while he had a holiday!

Most health care practices have a website as part of their public presence but often lack the resources to regularly update its content. At EmploymentInHealthCare.Net we have created a service where practitioners can have their web developer create a link (once) on their site which takes a visitor to their own "situations vacant" section. The content of their "situations vacant" section is hosted at EmploymentInHealthCare.Net where they can log in and easily make adjustments to the details as and when necessary.

This approach significantly improves the effectiveness their advertising because as well as providing a simple list, accessible from their website, their situations vacant are also made available as part of a searchable database which is accessible to all members of EmploymentInHealthCare.Net who may be searching for employment!

The key to this system, as it is to the "classifieds" section of the newspaper, is the number of advertisements posted - if there are enough jobs advertised there will be no shortage of job seekers. To make advertising more attractive to employers we have two methods of maintaining an account.
